Graphics Issues (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Everything in the screenshots (if not displayed - square shadows from trees, grass, and distant trees have a transparent rectangular halo. The
computer is old, but not so much, what could be the problem?

played with the graphics settings? There are suspicions that vidyuhe does not have enough memory for shadows, because they eat it decently.

At minimum salaries the same thing, vidyaha Radeon x1950 pro

seems to me that vidyaha simply does not take out, the same problems occur with trees in the asset corse for those who do not support vidyaha dx10
