The pagefile.sys file is not deleted after disabling the paging file

Through the conductor the same thing. It is not deleted through the Unlocker. What to do? Windows 10

That is, you configured the swap file to another partition using regular means and deleted it on the old one? Reducing its size to 16 MB - not an option?
