Mods are not installed (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Game version 1.22, GOG license, at first it gave a bunch of errors when loading the game and the game itself did not start. I installed the "Fix" script compilation error "for 1.22", the mods are up, the menu is loaded, but as soon as it comes to loading the saves, the game crashes. Win7x64. What do you think, what could be the matter?

Roll back to version 1.21.

Try to start a new game (just like that). If it starts, then load the save without going to the main menu.
