Creaking and friezes graphics card in games

Hello, please help, already all Internet has searched, nothing really for this reason not found.
A few months ago began freezes in almost all games (and together with these friezes squeaks (probably chokes)) on the card, MSI Gaming GTX1080 X+. At different forums wrote that you need to change the PSU (the PSU I really was not ice). Replaced PSU, all plugged in, hoping for the best, started the game and the problem remained. The sound resembles a intermittent squeak (not a whistle) and at the same time with these micro scratches happen-friezes, from which play is impossible. I'm worn out with this, hope for you, maybe even here something will tell.

With such problems better in the service map to carry, and actually I had initially when the problem started, the whole system unit to test.

If a creak, not a whistle, so maybe the fan on the graphics card seizes control of the fan speed? In principle, replacing the fan is probably the only thing you can try do it yourself (if the card is not under warranty). Otherwise, repair.

No, even though when the fan is not spinning, the sound heard it somewhere inside the video card.

I just say that not an expert in the structure of the graphics card. Throttle just strekochet or whistle, how anyone. If you have in moments the creaks freezes that means that with a BPM. The fact that MSI 1000-series decided to save a penny and did not put the fuse in the power supply circuit and the whole defense falls on the power supply. And if this was a leap naprugi (and you yourself wrote that the power supply was not ice) that he came to Pytalovo. I will say even more that some users of videocards from MSI literally burned!!! or just chop off with a small blast and all for a penny saved fuse. And dogonku, MSI will not accept a video card under warranty with the problems of VRM burnout!!! So carry none in service and let them see the power system as long as you have body not caught fire.

If the sound is there when the fans are not spinning, so it's not them. The future depends on how regularly you receive the sound - if you can demonstrate in the service, then take in the repair. If you can't, then I'm afraid nothing can be done, for the problems that arise from time to time in the repair usually pretend that nothing detects.
