Problem with Mediaaget.

Problems with the media player have recently started. When you start the media, it first loads, once it reaches 100 percent, then the second and writes the following: "There were errors when unpacking. Unable to start the media player, try updating plugins; Unable to open: C: / Users / SP / AppData / Local / Media Get LLC / Mediaget2 / player_plugins_2.2.4.7z

I tried to download this file and replace it - it didn’t help. Reinstalled mediaaget - same thing. Has anyone had this problem?
