Had the same problem. This is because of the trainer. When updating the spaceport, you need to disable the resource cheat.

Dug a little on the forums, this problem is encountered by many. The developers will fix this in the next update. But old corporations have to tinker with.
There is a thread on the official Ubisoft forum with this issue (link in spoiler). You need to upload the saves to the cloud or file hosting services and send a link to them to the moderator (nickname Ubi-Cerisino). He will fix the saves and fix the problem.
