pes 2016 (Pro Evolution Soccer 2016) not starting

People, please help. The other day I downloaded pes 2016, the game was without patches, everything went as it should. As soon as I installed the patch, when I launch the shortcut to the game (it doesn't matter if it's a patch or a regular one), then Steam automatically opens for me. Please help (
