Plus to buy a complete list of medicines at the pharmacy - that's enough for our alikharhs and deputies (but not for me and my relatives) to buy everything.
Sleep knocks me off my feet - not immediately, but in a day (it was earlier - now in a couple). But due to the fact that I do not sleep for a long time, I feel lousy.
