Three reasons:
1) the low popularity of the game
2) who wanted to hack all the resources themselves with the cheat engine (there only projects cannot be accelerated)
3) at first there were frequent patches and if someone did the same hacking tables, then frequent patches discouraged

1) For stable cheats, you need a full version. (I started playing myself, but constant updates postponed the game for later)
2) Try artmoney, everything breaks down well

The Forgotten Knight has
the same problem, I really liked it, but due to updates and some technical problems I decided to postpone it.
