What is the inscription \ "Documentation \" for some things? (Cyberpunk 2077)

Explain who knows what kind of inscription "Documentation" for items?
I thought I'd get the documentation if I parsed the subject - but no, it didn't work.
It is clear that this is something related to crafting. But what exactly?

still don't understand.
1. There is a documentation plate (see screenshot), but this item is not on the "create" tab.
2. You can improve any item, regardless of the presence of the "Documentation" plate in it.

Documentation is blueprints. There is a drawing - the creation of an item according to the drawing is available.

Probably when parsing you can get a drawing if you upgrade the creation branch.

It doesn't work. Disassembling an epic thing with a "documentation" plate. (creation skill 7, master passive (for creating epic things)).
No documentation on this subject appears in the "Creation" section.
