Well, this is clearly a bug. If you have a repack, then a broken version is possible. Although this did not happen with repacks for this game.

I believe. Usually the khatab has quality repacks, but anything can happen, try another one. There is a bug because of something, and first of all, you still need to try another repack.

edited file "Coalesced" is to blame. It seems here in the files you can find the original. Just swap back and start a new game.
Ps: I would edit the guides and leave the Legion - listening to his remarks in all missions is an incredible pleasure.
