Crit Chance Problem (Cyberpunk 2077)

I have in my clothes the modification "The Hunter", which increases the chance of crit by 15, I have 6 of them on different clothes and they should give 90% of the chance to crit, which would be cool at all, but when I go into the parameters of the character, it shows me a chance crit 37%, is this a bug and can I fix it somehow?
