WBPlay Cross-Platform Rewards (Mortal Kombat X)

Good day. I ask for help from those who have MKX on the console. I would like to open characters that only open from consoles. If anyone can help, I will share a secret of how you can knock the desired character / item from any available set. Thank you in advance!
