Blinking Shadows (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

I have such a problem. Shadows are always blinking and some black textures appear on the screen. How to solve this problem ?

When was the last time you updated firewood on the card? and if the artifacts have climbed, most likely the vidyuhi is overheating, so the shadows are blinking. riva tune look how many degrees the card is under load.
