MSVCP100.dll (Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor) file missing

When I start the game, a window pops up, where it says that there is no MSVCP100.dll file.

microsoft visual c ++ needed. they should be somewhere in the game folders. if not, you can download it from the melkosoft website.
