FPS cap (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Is it possible to limit FPS manually (by yourself), and not as in the settings (30,60,90). Since there are sharp drawdowns from 55 to 45, I am not very comfortable playing. I want to put 45. If possible, tell me how. Thank you in advance.

My Documents - Witcher 3 folder - user file (open with a text editor) - look for the line below LimitFPS = - set the desired value - Save the file - Play.
Better to bet 40 or 50. I'm not sure for 45. However, try it.

I didn't get it. And what is bad that the FPS rises to 55? And with a stable 45 it can be uncomfortable. Only consistently uncomfortable.

Of course, I may not understand something, but why is it so uncomfortable? In Fallout 4, it happens from 60 to 40 drops.

the main thing is that it should not fall below 30, and even so imperceptibly it seems to me

Turn off the FPS in the game and the eye will be calm.

Exactly

I would have a turnover of 65-70 frames per game, but without diminishing the graphics. I play high, and my old vacuum cleaner does about 40-55 fps.
