Greetings PC users

For 2016, my assembly consists of amd fx 8320e and GTX 950 from Gigabyte with overclocking and all this on 64 bit Vin 7. The fact is that in all games the FPS does not exceed 35-40. Even in weak games (Dota 2, GTA Sa, etc.). About the rest of the games like Vichera 3 and GTA 5 ... the same 30-40 fps. The system information contains 4 cores and 8 logical processors, although there should be 8 and 8. Firewood for all new ones. Anyone fumbling? Help.

Information about cores / logical processors is better to look with the help of some third-party program like aida or cpu-z. In extreme cases, read it in the BIOS.
At the expense of FPS in games: old games may not be optimized for multi-core processors, and your percentage has been "cut" a little more in terms of performance in favor of lower power consumption. This is one point. Secondly: it is not a fact that the processor is to blame for everything. To find out, put msi afterburner and see the load on the processor and other components during the game. What will be loaded at 100% - this is what performance is limited.
