NPCs are missing (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Skyrim Graphics RealVision ENB Mod - everything flies, but the NPC rendering is inadequate here is the video:

All settings for ultra, except Fxaa, are washed out, and FPS drops by 2 times.

The game is installed on an SSD

Check the drawing distance of characters in the settings, you can safely set it to maximum, almost no effect on FPS
