Adding memory and Denuvo

I want to add another 8 GB of DDR3 memory to the 8 already available, but I heard that Denuvo writes down all the information about the components at the first start, and if the components are changed, games with Denuvo (I have 2 of them - Just Cause 3 and The Rise of the Tomb Raider) stop running.
How true is this and how to solve this problem?

if you change the motherboard or video card can. such a story was in batelfield if I'm not mistaken. several times if you change the accessories if the
