weird hut vs ohm VI (Cyberpunk 2077)

a strange hut against the VI house. found there vee clothes and strange records ... the trick is that you can get there only with a bug, but vee clothes and a weapons depot are present. what kind of hut is this whose it is ??? maybe according to the plot we get into it sometime ... but if not, then I feel that this is somehow connected with the future dls (our new hut, perhaps)

Maybe I'm confusing, but the hut is very similar to the one where there will be a quest with theft from a Russian. Mikhail Akulov came to night city, first you sculpt a sensor for him on a wheelbarrow and then you steal something from him in this hut.
