The game is very freezing (Call of Duty: Warzone)

My computer is not weak.
Intel core i5 10400F
RTX 3070
16 GB of RAM
The game is really installed on the hdd. Although on the old PC it was also on the hdd and went fine with the gtx 780.

And now the friezes are in the game at the minimum settings at 800x600. I put my 2k, but nothing has changed.
Is the game generally 0-1 fps?
Am I missing something in this world or is there a secret knowledge about the game?

Sorry, but could you send a screenshot from the task manager, how the game loads the disk. I have absolutely trash: staters, the game is freezing, the fps jumps, as if not in itself from 30 to 190 frames. I think that the HDD is to blame, you can see in the manager, the read speed is from 300 MB / s to 1000 MB / s.
