Codex Page (Assassin's Creed: Valhalla)

I cannot turn in the 4th page of the code to Hayesam.
She is not in the inventory, nor can she be picked up in the shelter where she lies, the button is simply not active.
Has anyone encountered such a problem? How to decide?
