Does Heartfire DLC? (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Good day, the men of Tamriel.
The problem is this: I can't get the eggs to jump on the salmon spawning, but can receive a command. Also can't buy a house - no NPC selling land plots (quests performed).

Then try to open documents/My Games/Skyrim. There is a SkyrimPrefs file, you need to add the line: bEnableFileSelection=1, it must be placed immediately after the line [Launcher].

Land sell stewards of the jarls in Folkrace, Morthal and Dawnstar, they all have to be. And if not, try to footcloth all the fashion perhaps of the mods cant. Or put the unofficial patch, if not worth it.

Then the problems with the game itself. Maybe it really is because of mods or patches? If nothing happens will have to endure the game completely and install it again.

Reinstalled DLS , started a new game (maybe Heartfire does not support the stories started early?) problem solved , thanks
