Game performance on Windows 10 (Diablo 2)
When I play on Windows 10, the feeling that the game slows down does not leave, this is especially noticeable on the mouse cursor, it is very uncomfortable, on Windows 7 everything goes smoothly, even if you enter / fps in the game, it first displays 25-30 frames / sec, then everything starts slow down hard and the FPS drops to 10-12, until you turn off this command, very strange behavior, I will not repeat this at the seven, even if you open 8 windows, and here on the top ten already one window is terribly slow, changed the DirectDraw, Direct3D modes , Glide - no difference, played with the Glide Wrapper settings - zero effect, downloaded the fresh Diablo from the Blizzard website (version 1.14b), brakes are also felt there and the fps is locked at 25, although when you enter the / fps command, there is no FPS failure, but that's all it is also not very comfortable to play.Tell me, is there any solution to this problem other than playing with Windows 7?

Well, in general, with 1.14b, the maximum fps was locked at 200, and 25 fps and put it with the cursor when you play in a single. Try to create a network game on the local IP, which it offers, by running it in normal Direct3D and just windowed mode with the -w launch switch without Glide and be sure to report the results.
I have no problems with Vin10, only one thing is that the light graphics of the game work with 2D, Direct3D and Glide do not work, but I don't see a problem either.
As for the FPS, everything is normal, there are very rare cases of a break with the server, but this is clearly not in Windows

Alternatively, the flags that remove the ability to use unnecessary libraries should be added to the label. -dx9 (only the 9th direct, increases the FPS growth to 100%, plows with many games), -no3d (only 2d, some games are asked even for 7) - for example (this is not the XD flag).

You wouldn't shine IP addresses for everyone, otherwise you never know XD. Your problem has nothing to do with ping with the server, and tracing is needed for another purpose in general.

I have everything ok on w10, but when playing on tcp / ip (!) sometimes the client has lags (the server is ok). it doesn't matter if the client (me) is on the wire or on the wifi (small laptop). by the way, he has w7)
Xs, I downloaded the gamepack 1.4GB, the version where everything is unnecessary, like magazines and TDs are cut out. Everything works great.
