Punching and Electric Damage (Cyberpunk 2077)

I don’t understand where I got it from, before in quests where you have to fight with your fists, tin took 1% HP on impact (and they took you out in 2 blows) now almost every blow is accompanied by electrical damage and takes 15-20% of HP just from opponents in these quests, about ordinary enemies, I do not even say they immediately fly off, like such abilities did not swing, is it really because of the legendary scripts.
