Mouse A4tech Bloody TL50 Terminator (there is a problem)

Good day.
I got a4tech bloody tl50 terminator mouse, everything is fine, everything works.
But the problem is one thing - it is constantly on, even if the computer is turned off.
I have a question: is it normal that it should be constantly lit? You never know this is a design feature.
Maybe there are options for how to turn off the backlight? I did not find anything in Google.
And while the only options to turn off the backlight is either to disconnect the USB cable from the computer, or turn off the power to the computer)

download the Bloody configuration utility from the site's office, there in the mouse connection settings tab - there is also a backlight control, I sometimes turn it off

So he has a problem - "even if the computer is turned off", but what's in the software from Bloody, you can turn off the backlight and so it's clear)

so if you turn it off in the software - even though the computer is turned on, even though the computer is turned off - the backlight will not work ...
But in general it's strange, I have a similar mouse - all the rules ... BUT - I have drivers installed for the mouse, but they seem to be like - go with the software) Ie. at least once to run the software and flash the mouse - it is necessary. Perhaps you need to activate it.

And without a driver, my backlight is also constantly on.
