Help with crashes (LEGO Marvel's Avengers)

At the first level, when I fill in the scale of details at the top, the game hangs and crashes for 2-3 seconds. There are no messages from Windows. Help what to do.

What kind of wind do you have? Try running in windowed mode with dx9

The same theme by the way, sometimes during the game crashes, hangs for a couple of seconds, and then crashes without any errors. I play in the window and with dx9
