crash at the start of the game (Star Wars: Battlefront 2)

I have such a problem, when I try to start a battle (any) there first a video is shown, and then it crashes without an error. I would be grateful for the help.

try to turn off the sound in the settings (in the game settings)

Turn on the stereo mixer. My game crashed when I turned on any card. I installed the driver on the stereo mixer and turned it on, the game stopped crashing
