Extra Reward (Cyberpunk 2077)

I donâ€™t understand: sometimes fixers offer to take an additional reward from the checkpoints, but when you press "R" Get reward "nothing happens - neither the balance is replenished, nor is nothing added to the backpack. What is the Additional reward?

It seems to me it was different - when they write F, press, when R (additional reward). There, again, it seems, they give a small money increase
