Update: I found another consultant detective at 7:30 pm (7:30 pm) left of the British Museum in Camden. It is located in the south of Camden (where it is flat, closer to the middle / West, and not the little bit that goes even lower), right next to the fast travel terminal on Goodge Street. If you are looking at the safe house, head straight north until you reach Camden's southern border and you will see a museum.

Guys, I found the detective pretty easily. Near the goodge street fast travel mark, the detective is a woman, not a man, although I originally thought it was a man. This is a woman in pink clothes walking around this fast travel terminal. Hack any drone and scan passers-by. so you will find it faster. I am attaching a picture of how it looks
