Guys, is there any mod that allows you to fly over the map?And what kind of location it is, when you approach it, it says "there is nothing further"

There is. But why do you need it ?. If you are looking for interesting places, then there are a lot of them behind the map, but half of them are simply not drawn + any garbage in the form of sprites.
Of course, I will post screenshots that are there. But the building is empty there.
