Quest \ "Hunt for the Younger \" (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The problem actually lies in the fact that during the passage of the quest "The Hunt for the Younger" in his mansion all doors that require a key are closed, of course I do not have a key, of course there is another option for passing this quest, after talking with the guards, they will indicate a secret passage behind the mansion itself, but it is also closed there and there is no such dialogue with them, because they become hostile, so maybe there is some kind of console command to go through the walls? For the quest is completely impassable, completely, well, or some other option for passing?
UPD: if you look at the quest itself, the items "play cards with guests" and "use the secret passage to the hideout of Bastard Junior" are red.
