Just start the game from the folder. Throw a shortcut from the folder to the slave table.

Change English to Russian
1. Right click on the Desktop> Create> Shortcut
2. Browse> Specify the path to the "exe" game file (FalloutShelter.exe)
> Next> Finish
3. By right click> Properties> And in the "Object "add" -language ru "> Ok
Example D: /Games/FalloutShelter/FalloutShelter.exe -language ru
