Need help with DLS (Fallout 4)

Good day!
In general, such a problem: I bought Folich 4 and season pass in incentive, with all dls everything is ok, but for some reason I have Far Harbor purely in English ... I already tried to reinstall, and downloaded the program translator for esp files ... Nothing helps. The whole game is in Russian (well, except for the voice acting), namely the elements that relate to this DLS - in English. How to fix?

The only thing that I have partially in the game, Russian changes to English, these are not translated mods. Did you put anything fashionable on Far Harbor?
