I found a hint, but even it didn't help me very much:
To find it, I have to move to the Archives (camp) from the side of the Geothermal Valley. Swim underwater to the fork and then use the rope boom to climb up the field side. Then move forward. Jump down next to the fresco and find a container with Greek fire that will open the door to the main hall.
