Gwent (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I decided after completing "Blood and Wine" to finish collecting cards.
I bought the book "a wonderful guide to gwent":
Where it is said that 4 cards are missing, I ran around the whole novigrad of day 4, and did not find it. Is it possible that these cards are missing due to the fact that I failed the first gwent tournament? If so, where else can you find these cards?

Unfortunately, nowhere else can you get cards from the tournament in Novigrad, except when you win it

You just install the console, and issue yourself, or a mod with a merchant of all cards.
