The Rules Of Fair PvP (Diablo 2)
In the games with the prefix Fair in the title, is intended for pvp, there are additional rules. Failure to heed them can lead to ban of such games.Basic rules:
1. You cannot attack an enemy without mutual consent. Fight can begin only when both sides confirmed their readiness and will write g or go.
1.1. You cannot use attack abilities before both players write go.
2. You cannot use the wells and rainy before and during pvp.
3. You can't use portals during pvp.
4. You can't use mercenaries during pvp.
5. You cannot use Healing, Rejuvenation potions during pvp.
5.1 you Cannot use Thawing, Antidote potions before and during pvp.
5.2 you can't use Mana Potions during pvp, if you use the skill Energy Shield.
6. You can't pick up mana potions and arrows.

General provisions
1. You cannot attack an enemy without mutual consent. Fight can begin only when both sides confirmed their readiness and will write g or go.

4. You can't use mercenaries during pvp.

6. You can't pick up mana potions and arrows.
7. Exit from the game (even in case of disconnection) during pvp will count as a defeat in this round. If the player does not return after 5 minutes, he loses the match.
7.1 Output to another location during pvp (including the city) shall be counted as a defeat in the current round (with the exception of the random teleport into the city with immediate return).
7.2 Exit the game between matches(rounds) without prior notification to the moderator's counted as a defeat in the match. The player who left the game and must return within 5 minutes, otherwise it will be forfeited in the match. Re-release of the game in the same match is prohibited and also counted as a defeat.
8. In the event of death of both duelists, the round is restarted, the overall score does not change.
9. Time to fight - 3 minutes after the start of the round, if after 3 minutes both of them are alive, the round is restarted at the location of Valley of Snakes. Before continuing the fight in new locations players can interact with NPCs, but have no right to come to the chest, to trade with other players, to pick up something from the ground. The next round starts again in the location Blood Moor.
Skills and items:
10. Prohibited uses the following abilities: Life Tap, Corpse Explosion, Raise Skeleton, Raise Skeletal Mage, Revive, Death Sentry, Meditation, Holy Freeze, Redemption, Cleansing, Prayer, Amplify Damage, Decrepify, Iron Maiden, Bone Prison, Bone Wall, Slow Missiles, Clay Golem (resolved against casters)
10.1 the Use of things with the above skills is allowed, however intentional or unintentional caste of these skills during pvp the player is awarded a defeat.
10.2 default use Battle Orders and Battle Command with the rune word Call To Arms is permitted, if one of the players against prohibited. Before the game, you must announce your desire to play without caste with a Call To Arms.
10.3 Aura Meditation is only allowed against witches with the ES, and only if the skill does not give Prayer treatment is above 23 hit points in 2 seconds (skill level 19).
11. Caste skills, increase performance, is allowed to produce only for themselves and only things worn by the character during the entire fight (caste skills with items from the cube in the inventory during duels are allowed).
12. Prohibited the use skill Teleport by using the object Widowmaker.

Cold Resistance: 75% RES. Interest absorb is prohibited against Cold sorceresses. Unit absorb should not exceed 9. Overresist limited 205% (100+75+205 = 380 total RES)
Light resistance: 75-80%RES + 20% abs, 81-85%RES. Maximum light resistance is limited to a mark of 85%. When the resist 81% or more of the prohibited interest absorb. Single absorb is prohibited (with the exception of the belt thundergod's vigor, if the enemy - vita light sorceress). Overresist unlimited.

24. Druid.

Additional rules for Fair mode, TvT (Team vs Team).
For Fair TvT is subject to all the above rules about Fair PvP. In this section are written only some peculiarities concerning only mode Fair TvT.
25.1 the Killed player is not allowed to leave the city until the end of the round.
25.2 the Killed player is not allowed to use any skills or auras before the end of the round.
25.3 are Always allowed to use skills Battle Orders/Battle Command with Ronsard Call to Arms
25.4 Necromancer use the spell Amplify Damage.
25.5 the Use of the skill Holy Bolt is banned.
25.6 Paladins are allowed to use the aura Cleansing in the case of the imposition on him of any curse.
25.7 Prohibited to use the Meditation aura, if the team is EU-Sorceress.
Rules regarding player interaction with each other and also with the moderators in a Fair Pvp games.
For violation of the following provisions of the rules the moderator has the right to restrict access to the games with the prefix Fair for 7 days.
For repeated violation of these rules, ignoring warnings, and previous bans, the moderator can restrict access to games with the prefix Fair forever.
26.1 Prohibited rude, provocative and insulting statements towards other players, moderators or administration.
26.2 it is Forbidden to disrespect to the moderators.
26.3 Prohibited deception of the moderators.
Any attempt, directly or indirectly, to interfere with the gameplay in a Fair PvP game moderator may remove the offender from the game and the infliction of punishment at discretion.
Rights and duties of the moderator in Fair PvP games.
27.1 the moderator is obliged to keep order and compliance with the rules of Fair PvP players (as well as the General rules of the server).
27.2 moderator must remain impartial.
27.3 the moderator has no right to use his official position for personal gain.
27.4 Before the match, the moderator should clean up the location where the duel takes place.
27.5 moderators can organize tournaments with bets.
27.6 the moderator may remove the player from the game if he is idle for more than 10 minutes (or engaged in Fair PvP games race monsters).
Players can invite the moderator to judge their duel on the value of play.
Before the duel, both players should surrender their bet moderator.
