Background music plays continuously (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

There was such a problem: background music is constantly playing, both during travel and during dialogues. Removing is not at all an option, during battles or fast races you want to play with music, but constantly listening to the entire soundtrack is boring. Is there any solution?
