FPS sags.
I have a fairly powerful computer.Geforce gtx 4gb 1050ti
i5-3550 3.7 ghz
8 gb operatives
and 3 hard drives 2.5 terabytes
The problem is this,first, fps is normal, and in 1 moment he sags to 20-30 fps with 60.
What could be the problem?

Little memory and over time it ends. In this moment begins to sink fps, as the exhaustion of memory Windows is trying to use the swap file, i.e. the hard disk that the speed loses much of RAM. You have to either buy another 8Gb operatives, or put the SSD and place the paging file on it. The best option is of course to buy more operatives.
Another option - possible overheating here already sounded, but it is easy to control and learn like it or not.

The computer you have below-average at the moment and to sink either due to overflow of RAM or video memory paging file, nothing will improve even if it is on the SSD, either due to overheating and the CPU resets the frequency.
So as an option to monitor the game the same RivaTuner and see if clogged RAM it is only the purchase of additional RAM if the memory to reduce texture game if overheats percent change cooling.
