Map South Region 5.0.0 (select standalone module), others require DLC. Only the version of the game is needed 1.23, for 1.22 in my opinion there are no maps with Russia and CIS without DLC

I don’t know how now, but earlier you could take the DLC file and put it in the mods pack, and everything worked.
