Terrain quality (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Relief quality ??? What is it like??? I understand the higher detail of sand, water, stones, grass, trees, finally ... But, The quality of the relief ... this is something new :)) The mountains must be higher, the plains smoother, and the gorges and holes deeper. So, what? :)

If your computer allows, turn the graphics settings to the maximum and play on a TV set at least 40 inches ... maybe then you will see how beautiful that world is and does not require any Relief quality.

Tessellation, geometry quality. I did not see the difference either.
