Bug on Promo 2.01 (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Guys, such a problem: when approaching Munich from any side, it immediately flies. From which side I do not call, the flight will still fly. Game version 1.24.
And if possible, tell me how to fix it, if it's possible at all.
