Dialogue issue (loading icon after replicas) (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hello members of the forum, on version 1.12 I had a problem with dialogs, after each replica there is a download, on version 1.04 this was not the case, the problem occurs with mods and without mods below for clarity there will be a link to the video

there is not enough RAM, maybe it is clogged with something, maybe the paging file is also disabled

Thank you very much, enabling the paging file helped (for some reason it was disabled on the second disk)
