Where is the Wall House with two katanas on the wall? (Dead Island: Riptide)

Hello everybody. Now I'm going through the reprint of Dead Island: Riptide (2013) -
Dead Island: Riptide - Definitive Edition (2016) There is a video on YouTube, but I didn't understand how to activate the quest so that a "donut" of activation of this location would appear on the map where this house is displayed , in which the desired katanas are located, (on the wall in that house of some chela whose name is Stan:

I'm only interested in these two.
