Takanaka's Closed Case in North Oak (Cyberpunk 2077)

Accidentally found Takanaka's case under a bridge in the west of North Oak. It is marked with a main mission, but it won't open in any way. Nearby is a computer with messages from a homeless man and his notes about Misters 103, 104 and 105, but nothing is said about the case. Does anyone know how to open it and is it worth the trouble at all?
