Why are developers banning? (Cyberpunk 2077)

I glued a card (LO-RES - free) for as much as 12,000 pixels (I made a picture for myself), so that it was the only detailed one on the Internet (except for their browser, I did not see any more maps on the Internet). Did I make it to play with it as I want, adding notes without a browser or just having fun changing it for myself, why did they remove my card, with statements that the card turns out to be copyrighted (even without commercial use!)?

That is, in other games I can increase the game map to any resolution and upload it to the Internet (indicating that I only increased the map resolution and that's it!), But in cyberpunk 2077 they forbid me = (- like only from the browser and no further - further you can't do anything with her anymore!
