Spawn enemies (Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order)

Mobs spawn again every time you visit the location, and in my opinion every time you save (when you meditate and restore health)

Well, in Dark Souls 2, it seems like 10 times you will clear the location and the enemies will not spawn, I meant that. So yes, during meditation all enemies are reborn.
