Launch Problems (STALKER: Clear Sky)

At the first launch, everything was fine: graphics settings, launching the cutscene, but I forgot to set the controls, changed, started the save game, and the download froze, restarted, and after the company logos the menu simply froze, and so on all subsequent launches.
I ask the residents of the zone for help!
