Reach a romantic relationship (Fallout 4)

Hello dear fellow members of the forum, I ran into a problem with Kate: I reached the maximum relationship, successfully flirted, but after that I chose something like "I shouldn't have said that I love you", and she says "I hope you won't upset women anymore." As a result, there is no romance and no love hugs for sleeping with her. I tried to reset the relationship and again raised it to the maximum level, but again the dialogue does not start. I ask for help if anyone knows how to fix this or somehow prescribe a romantic relationship?

Apparently, only a rollback to the previous save. I will also say about it that it can disappear .. and you need to search for it through the console (only you need to jump to it, and not call it to yourself).
