Damn, I thought I was the only one looking for similar in-game photos. Panama and Mitch also send very cool and atmospheric pictures. There is a suspicion that these are all unpublished concept art.

O_O This is the Panam quest line. It's already the end of the second playthrough, and Mitch has never sent this photo.

You can always try to repeat the picture in the game, just by entering the photo mode and hiding the character.
